将萃取与回流相结合, 建立了一种处理航空润滑油中磨损金属的新方法, 并用MPT全谱仪对磨损金属含量进行了同时检测. 该方法基本上实现了样品处理的全自动化,克服了常用方法的部分缺点, 对Zn, Cd, Cu, Fe和Pb的检出限(3σ)分别为0.084, 0.043, 0.022, 0.052和0.064 μg/g; 相对标准偏差均小于5%(n=5); 回收率为94.5%~107.4%. 对3个润滑油样品的检测结果令人满意.  相似文献

Recoil Spectrometry covers a group of techniques that are very similar to the well known Rutherford backscattering Spectrometry technique, but with the important difference that one measures the recoiling target atom rather than the projectile ion. This makes it possible to determine both the identity of the recoil and its depth of origin from its energy and velocity, using a suitable detector system. The incident ion is typically high-energy (30–100MeV)35C1,81Br or127I. Low concentrations of light elements such as C, O and N can be profiled in a heavy matrix such as Fe or GaAs. Here we present an overview of mass and energy dispersive recoil Spectrometry and illustrate its successful use in some typical applications.  相似文献

利用31P核磁共振谱研究了MoDTP及其与ZnDTP的相互作用,并用Timken实验机、SEM、DSC法分别考察了MoDTP与ZnDTP复合对润滑油板压、抗磨损及抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明:MoDTP与ZnDTP分子间有烷基和/或烷氧基的相互转换;二者并用在综合性能上有较好的协同增效作用。在此基础上,提出了MoDTP与ZnDTP协同增效作用的机理。  相似文献

The recovery of plastic waste but also its applicability in product development may be an incentive to industry, since the use of such plastics represents a cheaper source of raw material. The aim of the present paper is to study the feasibility of recycling polyolefins as additives to improve the rheological properties of lithium 12-hydroxystearate lubricating greases. The effects that both soap and recycled low-density polyethylene (LDPE) concentration exert on the rheology of lithium lubricating greases and its relationship with grease microstructure are discussed in this work. In this way, different lubricating grease formulations were manufactured by modifying the concentration of lithium 12-hydroxystearate and content of recycled LDPE, according to a RSM statistical design. These lubricating greases were rheologically characterized through small-amplitude oscillatory shear (SAOS) and viscous flow measurements. In addition to these, scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) observations and mechanical stability tests were also carried out. Recycled LDPE was found to be an effective additive to modify grease rheology, acting as filler in the soap entangled microstructure. The values of both apparent viscosity and viscoelastic functions in the linear viscoelastic region increase with soap and recycled polymer concentrations. However, the addition of recycled LDPE distort the microstructural network of these greases resulting greases with less relative elastic characteristics and poorer mechanical properties as LDPE content increases.  相似文献

 The solid phase extraction as a solvent-free method for the analysis of oil and grease in waters was studied. The use of a PTFE surface as a solid phase allows the retention of the volatile fraction of oil and grease, and further analysis of carbon–hydrogen bonds using infrared spectroscopy can be done on the surface. Various oils and grease samples were tested: n-hexadecane, n-tetradecane, n-nonadecane, n-docosane, isooctane, diesel oil and gasoline. Temperatures from 25° to 90 °C and a range of heating times were checked for extraction. Precision tests showed relative standard deviation values of around 10% in several samples of the same concentration. Calibration lines of n-hexadecane showed high correlation coefficients from 0.9 to 30 mg/l. Recoveries for the various oils using different calibration lines showed values from 90 to 110%. The method described here is fast and clean, and allows reproducible measurements of oil and grease in water that do not require the use of a solvent. The anti-friction and wear-resistant performances of bonded MoS2 solid lubricating films filled with nano-LaF3 filler were investigated under in drying wear conditions, the corrosion-resistant performances of bonded lubricating films was evaluated according to ASTM-B117, and the characteristics of the bonded lubricating films were examined by TEM and elemental x-ray map. The wear-resistant performance of the bonded lubricating films filled with nano-LaF3 filler increases with increasing content of nano-LaF3 filler within a content range between 0 and 5 wt%, whereas the bonded lubricating films filled with 0.5–1 wt% micro-LaF3 filler exhibit the better wear-resistant performances. The incorporation of both nano-LaF3 and micro-LaF3 filler leads the increase of the coefficient of friction of the bonded lubricating films. The LaF3 filler can improve the corrosion-resistant performance of the bonded MoS2 solid lubricating films, whereas the incorporation of nano-LaF3 filler is more effective to improve the corrosion-resistant performance of the bonded lubricating films than micro-LaF3 filler. The improvement in the wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant performances of the bonded lubricating films by the incorporation of the nano-LaF3 filler is attributed to the strengthened interfacial bonding among the nano-LaF3 and the MoS2 lubricant and the polymeric matrix. However, a too high mass fraction of the nano-LaF3 filler in the bonded lubricating films will increase surface and interface defects, and lead the worsening of corrosion-resistant performance of the bonded lubricating films.  相似文献

采用MM-200型摩塔磨损试验机考察了45^#钢/球墨铸铁摩擦副在650SN基础油和含羟基硅酸盐矿物复合微粉的650SN基础油(KF-1)润滑下的摩擦磨损性能,结果表明:在650SN基础油润滑下的摩擦系数和磨损率随试验时间增加变化较小;而在KF-1润滑下,试验初期的摩擦系数和磨损率比基础油润滑下的稍大,随着试验时间的延长,相应的摩擦系数和磨损率同基础油润滑下的相比明显降低.磨损表面显微硬度测试结果表明,在KF-1润滑下45^#钢磨损表面形成了多孔摩擦改性层,硬度明显提高,因而摩擦磨损性能显著改善.  相似文献

本文对溅射二硫化钼(MoS_2)膜和聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)膜在边界润滑条件下的摩擦学性能进行了研究。结果表明,与未镀膜的轴承钢相比,这两种固体润滑膜都具有较好的抗粘着性和减摩性,以及对硬质颗粒良好的嵌入性,但在同样的负荷条件下,PTFE膜的磨损比MoS_2膜的轻微。  相似文献
